The Application Process

The Iratus Lepus application process consists of two Steps. You will be tagged as an IL member right away. This will give you guild hall access and allow you to meet our members in guild chat. It also allows you to use the Guild Banner to get to raid locations easily. You will earn bkp while raiding with us and will be able to bid on items from your very first raid to upgrade your character. The recruitment steps are as follows:

These applicants have been approved to raid. They are learning the ways IL operates through other class members and their mentor. On average applications will remain in step one for 45 days. The minimum time an applicant can remain in step one is for 30 days. Time at Step 1 is based on the following requirements:

Fast Track (30 day promotion):
A minimum of 30 days spent in NL.
70% raid attendance.
Overall praise expressed by our guild members.
All required flags up to date (Currently Anguish, DSK, ToB soon to include Ashengate and TSS faction).

Note: Fast Track is difficult to qualify for. Few applicants are promoted in this fashion.

Standard (45 to 60 day promotion):
From 45 to 60 days spent in NL.
50% raid attendance.
All required flags up to date (Currently Anguish, DSK, ToB soon to include Ashengate and TSS faction).

Extended (60+ days):
If an applicant does not meet any of the minimum requirements, they may be extended beyond 60 days. At that time they will receive a PM or a tell in game explaining why they have not yet been promoted. They will be given what they need to do to correct the situation. The applicant then has 1 to 2 weeks to correct the situation. We will then re-check their progress and re-evaluate their status. If they still have not fully corrected the issues, we will send another PM or tell to determine why. Based on circumstances, we may allow them another extension or we may put them up to vote for the guild to decide.

These applicants have demonstrated good raid attendance, knowledge of their class and an overall positive attitude that mixes well with the bunny mindset. They have been promoted to Step 2 through guild member tells, PM's, raid attendance and observations of the Recruitment Team. Applicants must be at this step for a minimum of 1 week.

The guild's discussion of Step 2 applicants consists of feedback and personal observations. When an applicant is moved to Step 2, there is open discussion for 1 week. If the result is positive, the applicant is formally accepted. If negative, the applicant is dismissed. If the guild's discussion mandates an extension, the thread will be closed for a minimum of 1 week and then will re-open as a yes or no vote. In rare cases a second extension may be granted if the recruitment team feels that it is justified.

The Voting Process
Upon promotion to step 2, the IL membership will have approximately one week to vote yes, no or extend. Approximately 75% of the votes must be positive to gain acceptance.

If the vote mandates an extension, at least one week will be allowed for further evaluation, followed by a new one week voting period.
